      Your new career

      In this role, you will share your time between administrative support to one Partner and general assistance to the customers. You will be required to use initiative and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and to tight deadlines with attention to detail. You will need to be proactive and confident enough to act on behalf of the Partners when they are unavailable. A mature approach coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills will be called upon. This is a full-time permanent role.


      What you will bring     

      This role would ideally suit a candidate completing or completed their certificate in administration or has an interest in a career in administration. Experience as a personal assistant coordinating client events, desktop publishing experience and interested in formatting presentations are ideal.

  • Accountant

    Key responsibilities ​

      1. Providing a high level of support, analysis and advice to Business Unit Managers and Senior Managers
      2. Providing quality advice on funding and fee for service issues, including matters of income recognition and reconciliations (acquittals and carry overs)
      3.Ensure the accuracy of the end of month reporting process, including the preparation of month end journals and reconciliations
      4.Complete Balance Sheet reconciliations within required timeframes
      5.Assist in meeting external regulatory compliance requirements
      6.Supporting the Finance Business Partner in the preparation of the annual financial budget for the portfolio

      We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accountant to join our Tax Advisory Division.

      Servicing an impressive base of clients, the successful candidate will be working in a supportive team structure to perform a broad range of compliance and tax advisory work across a range of taxes including Income Tax, Trust Tax returns, Goods and Services Tax, Fringe Benefits Tax, R&D and Payroll Tax.

      We are looking for a near CA qualified accountant who has solid Australian tax experience gained ideally in a Big 4 or second-tier firm. Your technical knowledge should be supported with excellent organisational skills and a passion to provide outstanding service to clients.  

      You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to pro-actively develop and to engage and train junior staff.
